You could even learn how to code through Tech4Armenia and become a programmer working in educational technology.
Or, you could pursue graduate studies at a top-ranked university that provides Teach For Armenia alumni with special consideration.
Alternatively, through our anticipated Public Policy Lab & Ph.D. Scholarship, you could become a policymaker or researcher who influences system-wide change.
Perhaps instead you will become the principal of your own school through Seroond.

“Before applying to Teach For Armenia I was working as a teacher, but the lack of self-confidence prevented me to show up my creativity. Thanks to Teach For Armenia I discovered my full potential which quickly promoted me and I was appointed as the vice-principal of the school. I began to get to know myself better, discover my possibilities, my students, and my community. I shared with my colleagues the skills and opportunities I acquired within the framework of the two-year program. I also consider the discovery and development of leadership skills as one of the most important achievements, as a result of which I had a career change. Through Teach For Armenia I gained irreplaceable friends, a large and stable team, self-discoveries, new opportunities, and leadership skills.”

“Joining Teach For Armenia was a drastic decision, for which I thank myself every day. I have been in love with the work of a journalist since my school years, and after graduating I started my career as a journalist but my steps were taken to another field. Actually, there were several reasons for the changes. First, I did not adapt to the political issues that I wrote about every day. Soon it became boring and even unpleasant. I decided to apply for the Erasmus + program and I left the country with the European volunteering program. I was lucky to work with foreign children, which changed a lot in me. Returning to Armenia, I applied to Teach For Armenia. To say Teach For Armenia gave me a lot is just to say nothing. I have broken many stereotypes in myself, especially about the school, the role of the teacher, in general, and the role of the individual. Now I am more self-confident, I believe that only by loving work it is possible to achieve success, to have an influence on the people around me. I have acquired students who look at life more colorfully, a favorite job, a new environment. I have developed courage, patience and perseverance.”
