Our Team

Our team brings together former teachers, public servants, policy thinkers, and systems leaders, many of them alumni of the program itself. They have taught in Armenia's classrooms, worked alongside school leaders and communities, and seen firsthand what public education looks like across the country.

That experience sets the standard we hold ourselves to. We recruit and train Teacher Leaders, support the schools that host them, and build the national partnerships that make the work possible, directing talent and resources toward the classrooms that need them most.

We are building institutions, developing leaders, and strengthening Armenia through education.
