Teach For Armenia Alumni-Ambassadors spent two years running a classroom in one of Armenia's under-resourced public schools: accountable for measurable outcomes, with limited resources and no one to escalate to. They arrive in your organization having already done the hardest version of a first job.

What that produces

  1. Full ownership of results, not tasks

  2. The ability to work with thirty students, a school administration, and dozens of families in the same week

  3. Diagnosis from their own data, and adjustment without waiting for instruction

  4. Two years of structured coaching and observation; they know how to receive feedback and act on it

  5. Working knowledge of Armenia's regions, and of communities most professionals never work in

Ways to partner

    500+ alumni across every sector, with a talent pipeline of Teacher Leaders completing the program each year.

  2. Recruit through the Summer Leadership Experience.

    Between Year 1 and Year 2, Teacher Leaders complete an internship aligned with one of our three Alumni Pathways: a low-risk way to meet candidates before they finish the program.

  3. Support Tech4Armenia.

    For technology companies: enable your STEM professionals to teach part-time in a regional school, and reach students who will become your future hires.

  4. Invest in the pipeline.

    Corporate partnership funds Teacher Leader placements, training, and student-led projects in the communities where you operate.
